Pamper yourself – A long, tiring week & then
comes the yipeeee moment!! Yes, Its weekend.
No schedules, no reminders, no time table. Pamper yourself & do everything which
you yearn for whole week. Instead of going to some spa or beauty salon make
arrangements for a spa in your home. Do not hurry, take a long bath or shower to
wipe off all your weariness. Take a
manicure & pedicure. Stay in bed for long, sometimes it’s good to be lazy
& do nothing. It’s like charging yourself with great energy & get ready
for next week. Give adequate
time to breakfast, lunch & dinner.
2) Invite your memories – It’s always good to live in present, but we
also have some sweet memories which always bring smile on our face. Take out
your photo album & let your memories bring freshness to your soul & a
shine to your eyes. Sit with your family & share awesome experience of your
childhood, college, school days, your first date. In short, this weekend go on a FLASHBACK tour.
Sometimes, learning’s & lessons of yesterday helps to live a better today
& tomorrow.

anything without following routine are some tricks which can make you feel
relaxed & get rid of your frustration.

hours, no limits. So, sleep by choice. Just
you & your cozy bed. Little naps during
day hours will make your day more relaxing.

Money-free weekend - Weekend
doesn’t mean spending money on shopping, movie theatre, amusement parks
etc. Do something in which you can relax
& enjoy without spending money.

listen music – a perfect medicine for all kind of stress, from many days you
are thinking to write something, no need to wait anymore. Do it today &
